Korean stew

INGREDIENTS

4 diced garlic cloves

1/2 white onion 

2 cup spinach 

1 chopped carrot

1 cup chopped mushroom 

1 block of firm tofu 

1 chopped potato

2 1/2 cup water

2 tbsp soy paste 

Add splash vinegar and garlic chili

LET THE FUN BEGIN 

In a pot, add garlic and onion sauce for about 4 min. Add the paste and water, add all your chopped veggies, bring it to a boil for 10 minutes, then add spinach and tofu, and let it cook for another 10 minutes.
When served, squeeze some lemon and chili.
