INGREDIENTS
1 can jack fruit or oyster mushroom
1/2 soy sauce
1 tsp chipotle flakes
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp garlic powder
LET THE FUN BEGIN
Mix all the ingredients and marinate your shredded jack fruit or mushroom for about 30 min. The longer you marinate, the better.
When ready, add 1/2 tbsp oil in a pan and cook until golden brown.
Assemble your tostadas with your favorite toppings.
NOTE:
I used store-bought tostadas, but you can always make your own.
