Vegan tuna salad

INGREDIENTS 

1 cup cooked garbanzo beans 

1 celery minced 

1 carrot grated 

1/2 lemon juice

1/4 cup red bell pepper minced

1/4 medium red onion mixed 

1 cup seaweed 

3 tbsp vegan mayonnaise

3 tbsp chopped pickles

2 tbsp roasted sunflower seeds

1 tsp chopped capers

1/2 tsp dijon mustard 

1/4 tsp salt 

1 pinch ground black pepper 

 

LET THE FUN BEGIN

Add the chickpeas to a large bowl and mash with a fork.
Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix, smashing slightly.
Let it chill for a few minutes before serving, if possible.
