Budha bowl

1 cup garbanzo beans (homemade or can)

2 tsp salt 

2 tsp paprika 

1 cup kale 

1 cup spinach

1/2 cup quinoa 

1 avocado 

1 sweet potato

1/2 onion or mini onions

1/2 tbsp avocado oil 

LET THE FUN BEGIN 

Preheat your pan and, add oil and garbanzos and all the spices, cook until golden brown or crispy.

Cook quinoa according to package instructions.

Roast sweet potato on your air fryer or bake until soft.

In the end, sprinkle some paprika and assemble your bowl.

NOTE: You can cook kale, spinach, and onion or eat it raw, but In this case, I cook my veggies; I prefer them that way.
