Vegan poke bowl

INGREDIENTS

1 block extra firm tofu 

1/4 soy sauce or amino acid if gluten free

1/3 nutritional yeast 

1 cup seaweed

2 carrots

1 cup quinoa

1 avocado 

1 slice cucumber

kimchimayo or sriracha mayo 

LET THE FUN BEGIN

Press your tofu to release the liquid so it can absorb the flavors and crisp up while cooking.
Chop carrots and cucumbers, and tofu.
In a separate bowl, add the soy sauce or amino acid and nutritional yeast, roll each piece of tofu in that mix, and air fry it for 12 min @350 for pan fry it.
When ready, assemble your bowl the way you want it and top it off with some seaweed.
