Scramble tofu

INGREDIENTS

1 tofu pack 

1/2 cup Bella mushrooms 

1 zucchinni 

1 tbsp nutritional yeast

1/4 tsp black sat 

1 tsp turmeric

1 tsp better than bouillon 

1 cup water 

1 tbsp oil for cooking

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder 

1 tbsp green onion 

hand full spinach. 

 

LET THE FUN BEGIN 

Chop all your veggies.
To a skillet, add oil and add all your chopped veggies.
Meanwhile, crumble your tofu in a separate plate and the rest of the ingredients except the water.
When your veggies are already cooked, add your tofu, add the cup of water, let it steam for about 5 min. Cook until crispy.
