Vegan Omelette

INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup chickpea flour 

1/3 cup water

1 tbsp nutritional yeast 

1/4 tsp black salt ( for an egg like flavor)

1 tbsp oil

Use veggies of your choice I used zucchini, mushrooms, spinach.

LET THE FUN BEGIN 

Mix all the ingredients in a medium bowl except the veggies.
Add oil to your pan and cook for 5 min each side.
Cook your veggies and add them on top of your omelet.
Add almond or sour cashew cream (optional) and cheddar cheese to garnish.
