Vegan Chick’n Kabobs

Ingredients 

  • 1 block firm tofu
  • 1-2 tsp chop garlic 
  • 3 tbsp lemon 
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1/2 tsp oregano 
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 2 tsp onion
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1+1/2 tsp salt

LET THE FUN BEGIN 

  • Cut tofu into small pieces and all the ingredients in a bowl and mix everything until well combined, and let it marinate for an hour. 
  • Use your air fryer or skillet and cook for about 18 minutes until golden brown.
  • When ready, you can skewer them. 
  • Assemble your plate and enjoy!

If you use your Air temperature should be @350f
