Ingredients
- 1 block firm tofu
- 1-2 tsp chop garlic
- 3 tbsp lemon
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 2 tsp onion
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1+1/2 tsp salt
LET THE FUN BEGIN
- Cut tofu into small pieces and all the ingredients in a bowl and mix everything until well combined, and let it marinate for an hour.
- Use your air fryer or skillet and cook for about 18 minutes until golden brown.
- When ready, you can skewer them.
- Assemble your plate and enjoy!
