Ingredients
1 cup just egg
1/4 cup daiya cheddar cheese
1 cup veggies of your choice
2 almond flour tortillas
Method:
To start, you chop all your veggies.
In a skillet, cook all your veggies first. Then add some cheese until it melts, forming a circle, and place your tortillas on top of the cheese.
Flip your pizza and transfer it to a plate.
Top it off with your favorite veggies. In this case, I chop some jalapeño and avocado.
I mix some sriracha and mayo( I know it sounds weird, but trust me, it is so yummy).
