This bowl is super easy to make and you can store the leftovers in a container for the next day or up to 3 days.

Cauliflower fall bowl

This recipe is super quick to make, and it gives you the fall vibes.

Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 2 chopped potatoes
  • 4 chopped carrots
  • 1 bunch asparagus

Instructions

  • 1. Prehead your oven at 400 F.
    2. Chopped all your veggies and add them to your tray. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and paprika.
    3. Bake it for about 35-40 min. When ready take your cauliflower to a pan and add the masala seasoning ( read the notes)
    4. Assemble your bowl with mix greens and all your roasted veggies.
