Cauliflower fall bowl
This recipe is super quick to make, and it gives you the fall vibes.
Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower
- 2 chopped potatoes
- 4 chopped carrots
- 1 bunch asparagus
Instructions
- 1. Prehead your oven at 400 F.2. Chopped all your veggies and add them to your tray. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and paprika. 3. Bake it for about 35-40 min. When ready take your cauliflower to a pan and add the masala seasoning ( read the notes) 4. Assemble your bowl with mix greens and all your roasted veggies.
