Gluten-free Chai Pecan Banana Bread

Fall is here but It doesn’t have to be always pumpkin bread! This bread is moist and super easy to make you can save your leftovers inside the freezer and it can last you for up to 3 weeks.

Gluten free Chai pecan Banana Bread

I love banana bread, and adding spices is the best decision I've ever made

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Wet ingredients

  • 3 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 9 tbsp water
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 tbsp plant collagen (optional)
  • 2 tbsp rice syrup
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut
  • 1/3 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (opiopnal)

Instructions

  • 1.-Preheat your oven to 350 F.
    2.-Use a medium bowl, and add all your wet ingredients first.
    3.- Add dry ingredients, and mix until well combined.
    4.-. In a small mash all your bananas with a fork, and then add the butter.
    5. Combine mashed bananas, chocolate chips, and butter with the rest of the ingredients.
    6.- Prepare your loaf pan with parchment paper.
    7.- Pour your mix.
    8.- Bake for 36-45 min.

Notes

You use a big pan loaf or small ones like mine.
