Gluten free Apple crumble
Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped apples
- 3/4 cup gluten-free oats
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp rice syrup or maple
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
- 1/8 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions
- Start by chopping your apple into small pieces. Add chopped apple and all the spices—Cook for about 5 minutes, then add cornstarch. When ready, use a medium bowl, and add cooked apples oats, and coconut flakes. Mix it up and enjoy!
