Gluten-free apple crumble

Gluten free Apple crumble

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped apples
  • 3/4 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp rice syrup or maple
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/2 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions

  • Start by chopping your apple into small pieces. Add chopped apple and all the spices—Cook for about 5 minutes, then add cornstarch.
    When ready, use a medium bowl, and add cooked apples oats, and coconut flakes. Mix it up and enjoy!
