Banana bread

INGREDIENTS

2 ripped bananas 

3/4 cup or 12 tbsp oat flour

6 tbsp almond flour 

1 tsp baking powder

pinch of pink salt 

1 tsp cinnamon

1 cup walnuts

LET THE FUN BEGIN

Preheat your oven @ 350f
In a bowl, mash your bananas and then mix all your dry ingredients, and you can always add your favorite nuts. I added walnuts. Pour your mixture into an oven-safe using parchment paper.
Bake for 60 minutes, and when ready, let it cool down for about 15 minutes.
When ready, you can slice and enjoy!

NOTE: you can store it inside the freezer by wrapping the slices using parchment paper for up to 1 month.
