Easy protein cookies

INGREDIENTS

1 cup almond flour

1 tbsp chocolate protein ( I used sunwarrior chocolate protein)

1 cup dates

LET THE FUN BEGIN

Let your dates soak with boiling water for about 5 min.
When ready, mash them up and combine them with your flour.
Roll it into balls and press down to form a cookie shape on an oven tray using parchment paper. And bake for 15 min.
