My favorite thing to do when it rains is to eat and watch movies. Pumpkin season is here and in my opinion, this is the perfect combo.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
Instructions
- Mix wet ingredients in a bowl. We then combined all your wet elements. Mix well, then cook with a little bit of vegan butter for 4-5 min each side until golden brown.For the toppings chopped Pecans1/2 banana melted dark chocolate blueberries
