Healthy Peanut butter Apple Pancakes

INGREDIENTS 

1-2 red apples

1/4 cup peanut butter

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp coconut sugar 

1 1/4 cup plant based milk 

1 1/2 apple cider vinegar 

1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 

pinch of pink salt 

1 1/2 cup oat flour 

1 1/2 tbsp baking powder

toppings 

1 tbsp hemp seeds 

1/4 cup crush of your favorite nuts like walnuts, almonds, pecan 

LET THE FUN BEGIN 

Start by mixing all your wet ingredients and let them sit for a little while combining your dry ingredients.
Mix all dry and wet ingredients.
Slice all your apples into a circular shape. Spread some peanut butter on the apples, dunk it into the pancake batter, and repeat the same process with all the pieces.
Cook each side for 5 minutes.
