Tofu Bhurji

INGREDIENTS 

1 block tofu

1/2 tsp cumin seeds 

1/2 tsp fennel seeds

1 tbsp avocado oil

1 medium chopped onion 

1 bell pepper, chopped

2 green chilis

1 tbsp granted garlic

1 tomato 

1 cup mushrooms

1 poblano pepper

1tsp pink salt 

1 tsp black salt

1/4 tsp turmeric 

1 tsp coriander

1-2 tsp red chili flakes

1 lemin juice

pinch of cinnamon

 

LET THE FUN BEGIN

Squeeze excess water out of the tofu.
Crumble the tofu into small and medium pieces. Set aside.Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add all your spices—Cook for about 5 minutes.
Add all chopped veggies. Cook for another 5-10 minutes. Add the reminding ingredients and cook for another 5 minutes.
