The Best Vegan Banana pancakes bites

INGREDIENTS

1 cup oat flour

1cup plant based milk

1tsp baking powder

1 banana

1 tbsp chocolate chips(optional)

LET THE FUN BEGIN

Cut Banana into 1-inch size pieces.
In a bowl, mix Oat flour, milk, and baking powder. Let it sit for about 5 min.
Preheat your skillet, add 1 tsp coconut oil and cook your mini pancakes.
When ready, dip banana pieces into your batter, place one chocolate chip in the middle, and then dip again. The point is to leave the amount of chocolate in the middle. Do the same with all the pieces; cook for 5 minutes on each side.
