Healthy Vegan Gluten-free Crepes

INGREDIENTS 

1 cup almond flour

4 tbsp arrowroot o tapioca 

4 tbsp cornstarch 

1 tbsp ground flax seeds 

1 1/2 cup almond or coconut milk 

1 tbsp maple syrup 

LET THE FUN BEGIN 

Mix all your ingredients in a bowl. If you see that your batter has lots of lumps, you can use your blender.
Heat a nonstick pan with a little bit of oil of your choice. I used coconut.
Pour 1/4 cup of the batter and cook for 4 minutes on each side.
Fill your crepes with a chocolate or peanut butter spread and choice of fruit and nuts.
