Easy Taco cups

INGREDIENTS
1 pack siete almond flour tortilla
1 cup of my nacho cheese recipe or any other dairy-free cheese
1 cup pinto beans( you can find in my previous post)
1 pack soy curls
1 tbsp avocado oil
1 cup cashew crema

Marinade
4 chile guajillo
3 chile ancho
4 garlic cloves
1/2 tbsp salt
1 tsp adobo (chipotle sauce)
1 onion

LET THE FUN BEGIN

Start by preheating your oven at @350f.
Hydrate your soy curls according to the package instructions.
In a blender, add all your marination ingredients well until smooth.
Preheat the skillet, add oil and soy curls, add the marinade ingredients, and cook for about 10 minutes until golden and brown.
To make your taco cups warm up siete tortillas in the microwave or skillet for one minute on each side, then cut them in half. Fold the tortilla in a muffin shape and bake for 10 minutes using a muffin tray.

When your cups are ready, start assembling your taco cups with toppings of your choice. I added pico de gallo, cashew crema, guacamole, and queso, which you can also find in the recipes here on the blog.

Enjoy!
