Vegan Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwich

INGREDIENTS 

Sandwich 

2 slices gluten free bread or bread of your choice 

1/2 cup mix greens veggies

4 or more slices of bacon from my previous recipe

1/2 cup chick’n ( I used the one from my chick’n kabob recipe)

Red pickled onion or regular onion, tomato, and avocado.

Ranch 

1 cup plant based yogurt ( I used unsweeten almond)

1 tsp garlic powder 

1 tsp dried dill

1 tsp nutritional yeast

1/2 tsp dried parsley 

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp pink Salt

LET THE FUN BEGIN 

In a mason jar, combine all the ranch ingredients.Mix until well combined. Toast bread.

Assemble sandwich 1 tbsp spread ranch on each slice, then add the chick’n, bacon, and all your veggies.
