Double Chocolate VEGAN S’more cookie

CHOCOLATE IT’S NOT CANDY; CHOCOLATE IS FOOD

INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup peanut butter

3 tbsp almond flour 

1 tbsp coconut sugar

1/8 baking powder

1 tsp arrowroot 

pinch of salt

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 graham cracker

2 tbsp cacao powder

1 vegan marshmallow

1tbsp plant based milk

2 tbsp chocolate chips ( I used lakanto)

1 tsp chocolate and coconut oil(optional)

LET THE FUN BEGIN

Add all your ingredients except for the marshmallow and graham cracker to a bowl. Mix everything until well combined. You will form a big dough ball and shape it into a giant cookie.

Crack your graham cookie and add the marshmallow into the center Bake @350f for 12 min.

Melt 1 tsp chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave and swizzle some on top of your cookie(this step is optional, but I highly recommend it).
