Easy Berry Chia Jam

INGREDIENTS

1 cup raspberries

1/2 cup blackberries

1/2 cup blueberries

2 tbsp chia seeds

LET THE FUN BEGIN


Place the berries in a small pan in medium-high heat for about 5 minutes. Some of the juices are going to start releasing at that time naturally. Add your chia seeds, lower the heat and leave the berries there for two more minutes.
Turn off the heat and let them cool down. Store in a glass container for up to a week.
