Vegan almond pesto

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup roasted almonds

150 g sun-dried tomatoes

1/2 cup fresh basil

2 tbsp nutritional yeast

1/2 lemon

pinch of salt and black pepper

LET THE FUN BEGIN

Add all your ingredients to a food processor and well until well smooth.

Store it in a mason major or any glass container.
