Gansito Fit
Gansito is a Mexican snack cake with cream filling and strawberry jelly and coated with chocolate.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup oat flour
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 flax egg 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds + 3 tbsp water
Instructions
- 1.Ad d all your ingredients to a medium bowl. 2. Transfer the mixture to a small loaf pan.3. Bake at 350 F for 18 minutes.4. When ready let them cool down for about 5 minutes.5. Cut small amount of the top to open a little for the filling.6. Add coconut yogurt and jelly.7. Put them inside the fridge for 2 minutes to get a little cold, before you coat them with dark chocolate.8. Melt chocolate using the microwave and coat your loafs. Let it sit inside the fridge for 2 minutes.Enjoy!
