Ingredients
1/2 red onion
3 tbsp tomato paste
4 garlic cloves
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 chopped jalapeno
2 tsp avocado oil
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tp turmeric
1 block of tofu
1/2 cup plant-based yogurt
2 tbsp vegan mayo
pinch of pink salt
Let the fun begin
Crumble your tofu into small and big pieces.In a skillet, add oil and tofu, cook for about 4 minutes, then add the rest of the ingredients. Cook for about 10-15 min.
Use your favorite bread. Assemble your toast with hummus, tomatoes, and cilantro salsa, and enjoy!
