Healthy vegan coconut ice cream

INGREDIENT

1 can of full-fat coconut milk
1 tbsp date syrup (you can add more)
1tsp maple syrup
Pinch of salt
1 tsp alcohol-free vanilla extract

 

Add all your ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.
If you are using an ice cream machine like me pour all the mix and let the machine do its job for 15-20min. 

If you aren’t using a blender machine.
Pour the mix into a metal bowl and place it inside the freezer for a couple of hours.
