INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp avocado oil
1/2 tbsp whole brown mustard seeds
1/2 tbsp cumin seeds
1 chopped yellow onion
4 chopped garlic cloves
1 carrot
1 zucchini
1 cup green beans
1 tbsp grated ginger
1/2 cup cream mushrooms
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp ground coriander
1 tsp turmeric
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
1 1/2 cup dry red lentils
1 1/2 vegestable cubes
6 cups water
LET THE FUN BEGIN
You are going to start by chopping all your veggies.
Add all your chopped veggies to the pot and cook for about 5 minutes.
Add your lentils at the end and let them boil for 2 minutes. Cover your pot, and let it steam for 13 minutes more until soft.
