Portable Oatmeal Smore Breakfast cookie

INGREDIENTS

1 cup Gluten free rolled oats 

2 cups plant based milk 

1/3 cocoa powder 

2 tsp instant coffee

50 g chocolate chips 

1 banana 

2 tbsp maple syrup 

pinch of pink salt

 

Toppings 

vegan marshmallow 

1 graham cracker break it into small pieces 

 

LET THE FUN BEGIN 

In a bowl, start making your bananas and combine the rest of the ingredients.
In the end, add the topping and bake at @350 f for 112-14 minutes.
