INGREDIENTS
1/2 red onion
3 tbsp tomato paste
4 garlic cloves
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 chopped jalapeno
2 tsp avocado oil
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tp turmeric
1 cup chickpea (I use store bought)
1/2 cup plant based yogurt
2 tbsp vegan mayo
pinch of pink salt
To assemble
2 slices sourdough bread, carrot, pickled onion, cucumber, cherry tomato and more mayo.
LET THE FUN BEGIN
Chop your onion into small pieces and fry it with 2 tsp avocado.
Then add all your spices, cook for one minute and add tomato sauce and remaining of the ingredients.
To assemble, start by toasting your bread. Spread some mayo, and all the assemble veggie ingredients.
