LET THE FUN BEGIN
Cut peach into bite-sizes, and add to a medium pan. Add the water, maple syrup, and cinnamon. Cook over medium-high heat, and allow the apples to soften for about 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove the pot from the heat, and let the apple chunks cool off for a couple of minutes.
Add the other half of the apple to the bottom of the mason jar.
Add all of the other ingredients to the jar, and mix.
Add the cooked apple chunks to the top. Cover and let it sit overnight in the fridge. Top off with some yogurt the following day, add any desired toppings like nuts, and enjoy!
