Healthy Salsa taquera

I grew up eating my grandma’s food. And the best part, when she used to make quesadilla or taquitos, was the salsa; my favorite was salsa Roja. It is too good not to share it with you. And the best part is that you dont have to use many dishes to make it, and it’s super quick to make.

This salsa you can eat it with

  • Tacos
  • quesadillas
  • Gorditas
  • Tostadas
  • Burritos

Let’s get into the recipe.

What do I need to make this recipe?

  • 3 Roma tomatoes
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 piece of onion
  • 10 chiles de Arbol add less if you want it less spicy or more to taste
  • 1 tsp avocado oil
  • 1 vegan chicken bouillon cube
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat a skillet with 1 tsp avocado oil. When it is warm, add tomatoes, onion, garlic, and chiles. Roast it for about 8-10 minutes.

Add all the ingredients to your blender. And blend until smooth.

HOW DO I STORE IT?

You can store it in a mason jar or any airtight container inside the fridge for up to a week, but trust me it is bomb that won’t stay in your fridge for that long.
