Healthy Masala Fries

INGREDIENTS

1 potato 

1 sweet potato

1 tbsp avocado oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1tsp salt 

1 Garam Masala

1/4 chat Masala 

1/2 cumin powder

1/2 coriander powder 

1/2 onion powder 

1/2 paprika or chili powder

Pinch 🤏🏾 black pepper

Start by cutting your potatoes and washing them. Let it sit in cold water for at least 15min. After 15min, drain the water out and dry the potatoes.

Preheat fryer @400f for 5 min. Add potatoes to a bowl and add all the spices and oil. 

Air fry @350f for 25 min.
