Vegan gluten-free bagels

INGREDIENT

3 tbsp aquafaba 

1 1/2 cup almond flour 

1 1/2 cup mozzarella @miyokoscreamery 

2 Oz cream cheese @miyokoscreamery 

1 1/2 tbsp baking powder 

Preheat your oven @400fMix all your ingredients in a large bowl.

When you get a dough consistency, divide the dough into small pieces.

Roll into a long And press ends together to form a bagel shape. 

You can sprinkle sesame seeds or everything but bagel seasoning like me.

Bake for 12-14 min.
