Ingredients
1/3 cup frozen raspberries and strawberries
1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats
1/2 cup unsweetened plant based milk
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup unsweetened almond yogurt
LET THE FUN BEGIN
In a small pan, add the berries and let them steam for 2-4 minutes until they become soft.
Grab a mason jar and mix the remaining ingredients. When the berries are ready, add them to the mason jar cover and let them sit overnight.
Next day when ready to eat, you can add more yogurt on the top and fresh berries.
