Tandoori Vegan Garlic Naan pizza

INGREDIENTS 

1 block tofu or store bought chick’n

2 pieces naan

4 garlic cloves

1 cup store bought cheddar cheesse( I used daiya)

Tandoori marinade 

3 tbsp Plant based yogurt 

3 tbsp tomato paste

2 tbsp avocado oil

1 tbsp paprika 

1/8 tsp hing

3/4 tp pink salt 

1/4 tsp turmeric 

1 tsp garam masala

1 tbsp kasodi methi

1 tsp channa masala

Sauce

Mint chutney(store bought)

1/2 cup plant based yogurt

 

LET THE FUN BEGIN 

Start by cutting tofu into small pieces. Pan fry or air fry for about 10 min until golden brown. (I used my air fryer @350 because I like the crispy texture it gives to the tofu)
In a small piece of foil, wrap garlic cloves and bake for 10 minutes or until they get soft.
In a bowl, add all your tandoori marinade mix until well combined.
When tofu is ready, combine with the tandoori marinade and air fry again for ten more minutes.
At this point, garlic should be ready. In a small cup, smash garlic; it’ll start looking like a paste and spread it to your naan.
Time to assemble.
Add tofu, cheddar cheese, and your favorite toppings. I used green bell peppers red onions. Bake for 5 minutes @350f.
Enjoy it with your favorite sauce!
