INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup water room temperature ( you do not want the water to hot otherwise matcha gets burned )
2 tsp matcha
1 cup coconut milk (homemade you can find it on my previous recipe)
1 Medjool date, or sweeter of your choice
1tsp maca powder (optional)
1/8 tsp cinnamon powder
LET THE FUN BEGIN
In a small bowl, add your matcha and 1/2cup of water and whisk it crumbs have dissolved.
Using a blender, add matcha, milk, cinnamon, maca, Medjool date, or sweeter and mix everything until smooth.
Warm-up your matcha in a pan or microwave, or if you prefer it cold, add some ice.
