Nacho cheese

INGREDIENTS 

1 cup raw cashews 

1 1/2 cup hot water 

4 tbsp nutritional yeast

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp onion powder 

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp salt 

4 tbsp buffalo sauce or any hot sauce of your choice

LET THE FUN BEGIN 

Add all your ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. 

NOTE:

I am using hot water to speed up the process of this recipe.

To make it a little spicier, you can always add jalapeños and store them inside the fridge for up to 5 days.
