Healthy oat vegan muffin

INGREDIENTS

1tbsp + 1 tsp ground chia seeds 

4 tbsp water 

2 ripe bananas 

1/3 cup melted coconut oil 

1/3 cup peanut butter

1 tsp vanilla extract 

2 cups rolled oats

1/2 raspberries 

3 tbsp cacao nibs 

LET THE FUN BEGIN 

In a small bowl, combine ground chia seeds and let them sit for about 5 minutes until it gels up.
In the meantime, combine the rest of the ingredients, and when the chia seeds are ready, mix everything until well combined.
You can use a heart mold or a regular muffin pan add one tablespoon to each mold.
And bake for about 20-25 minutes. Let it cool down for about 10 minutes, and Enjoy!
